SCOPE OF CONSULTING SERVICES

Our company was established in 1981, and has been operating across various trades. We are interested in production, trade and services for Polish and foreign companies. In 2002, a consulting department was opened in the company, built on the basis of our experience and a strong team of expert consultants and advisors.

We offer :
1. Consulting, advisory, and performance services in the area of identifying the most suitable outside financing forms, the strategic development of the company, controlling and systems of management aid in ERP class companies.
2. Assistance in preparing complete documentation, for instance, for the bank, together with drawing up a professional business plan in order to maximally optimize access to bank and financial products.
3. Assistance in successfully obtaining money from the European Union for small and medium-sized companies and local authorities units (including filling in of applications for subsidies from Phare2002 and Phare 2003 Programmes, and accession funds). Providing consulting services as notified consultants. Half-subsidized consulting services as part of PHARE 2002,PHARE 2003 programmes and structural funds - Action 2.1 SPOWKP .
4. Comprehensive service for business entities (legal, financial, industrial and fire safety, environment protection).
5. Implementing quality management systems of ISO series: 9000, 14000 and 18000, as well as help in obtaining certificates of conformity for some products and services plus European CE quality marking for products.
6. Carrying out turn-key investments (constructing premises, boiler rooms, sewers, water supply and sewage systems, rubbish dumps etc).
7. Assistance in mergers between European Union and Polish companies as well as those from Eastern Europe (export, import).
We facilitate establishing cooperation between Ukrainian and Polish companies (also other EU countries). This is done through:
a) interchange of goods between the parties (export, import both ways)
b) creating Joint Venture
c) import of attractive materials and products from Ukraine into European Union - like wood, steel, fertilizers, oils (rape, sunflower, soy), bee honey and much more
d) seeking attractive investment areas in Ukraine and Russia, and production and services companies in order to invest capital in that area.
8. Consulting in the area of undertaking business enterprises connected with environment protection.
9. Implementation of new environmental technologies.
10. Seeking investment areas, also for future environmental investments (combustion plants, composting plants etc).
11. Carrying out unusual orders, like working out Material Safety Data Sheets for hazardous substances or preparations in accordance with the Polish Standard. 12. Printing services (e.g. books, brochures, various labels, leaflets, maps, posters, calendars, guides, printing on laminar cardboard - screen printing).
13. Training and courses subsidized from European Union structures.
